Each team is guaranteed Three Games.

Pay at the Plate
Umpires are paid At The Plate before each game.

7U/8U (Coach Pitch) - $25/Team Per Game

8U - $30/Team Per Game

9U & 10U - $35/Team Per Game

11U & 12U - $40/Team Per Game

13U - $40/Team Per Game (Pool Play) / $80/Team Per Game (Bracket Play)

14U thru 18U - $80/Team Per Game

Divisions by Competitive Level

We offer Separate DIVISIONS by LEVEL OF PLAY to ensure fair and competitive play:

• Bronze Division: Bronze / Single A / D3

• Silver Division: Silver / AA / D2

• Gold Division: Gold / AAA / D1

Teams should register based on their official classification in their local League or Sanction (e.g., SWOL, Midwest Ohio League, COYBL, or USSSA). Teams registered incorrectly will be moved to the appropriate division.

Championship & Awards

• Gold, Silver, and Bronze Brackets on Sunday
  Separate brackets ensure fair play and in an effort to maximize championship opportunities.

• Awards:
  - Rings & or Champion "Big Chains" for 1st Place in all divisions
  - Rings for 2nd Place in all divisions
  - NEW FOR 2026: Rings for 3rd Place in all divisions

• MVP Recognition:
  - MVP (Most Valuable Player) "Big Chains" Awarded through the duration of the tournament

Gate Fees

$300/Team - Team Gate Fee is NOT due until day of tournament prior to the start of your first scheduled game

Free Entry Deadline

Free Entry Fee will Expire for each Division when one of the following occurs (whichever comes first).

1. (6) Teams have registered in your Division.

2. The February 1st (Free Entry) Registration Deadline has passed at which time a $99 Registration fee will apply to any team registering after this date.
